FAQ


Depending on whether an item is a preorder or premade, we have different shipping policies. Each product's specifics, including its availability status, will be stated clearly in the collection or piece description. Products that are under PREORDER are crafted upon order placement, so please allow a longer delivery time. We strive to be completely transparent in our product descriptions.

PREMADE: Please allow 3–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

  • Once fulfilled, All Australian orders will be shipped within approximately 1 week.
  • For international orders, shipping times will vary by country. Delays may occur that are out of our control.
  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

PREORDER: 4-7 weeks (depending on product)

  • All sales are final. We are no longer accepting any returns or exchanges, once the items have been shipped.
  • In the instance you happen to receive the incorrect item or size, we would be happy to help resolve any possible issues.
  • If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, Inflorescence does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. We advise you to contact the shipping company attached to the traking number.
  • Ordering the wrong size doesn't guarantee a refund; any return or exchange is at the customer's expense. Please review sizing guides before purchase.







WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
  • In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
  • Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee.

General Care

  • Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
  • Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
  • Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments. 


Certain pieces may require extra care since they are treated as art.

  • We are not offering refunds for damages with FRAGILE pieces.
  • They are a representation of art, please be mindful of that
