Shipping policy
Depending on whether an item is a preorder or premade, we have different shipping policies. Each product's specifics, including its availability status, will be stated clearly in the collection or piece description. Products that are under PREORDER are crafted upon order placement, so please allow a longer delivery time. We strive to be completely transparent in our product descriptions.
PREMADE: Please allow 3–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped.
- Once fulfilled, All Australian orders will be shipped within approximately 1 week.
- For international orders, shipping times will vary by country. Delays may occur that are out of our control.
- If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Parcel Post: 2-6 business days (within Australia)
Express Post: 1-3 business days (within Australia)
Parcel Post: 3-6 business days (International)
Express Post: 5-10 business days (International)
